English to German translations [PRO] Tech/Engineering - Military / Defense / training simulator
English term or phrase:dismount options
This is a press release on simulators for training army personnel in various weapon systems, mainly armoured vehicles etc. However, the simulators also
"provide **dismount options** including snipers, anti-tank weapons, Artillery Observers, Forward Air Controllers and vehicles that provide a full range of combined arms ground and air support functions, ready to be deployed to meet the tactical training requirements of the Battle Group."
I assume this means activities other then inside armoured vehicles, tanks etc., i.e. the soldiers have "dismounted" but I have no idea what this is in German. Any advice would be much appreciated - many thanks.
