Der Begriff "threat and response" wird am häufigsten im Zusammenhang mit Proliferation (von Massenvernichtungswaffen) verwendet. Dabei geht es aber um die Erkennung von Gefahren (häufig wird Bedrohung verwendet) und die Wirksamkeit oder Art der Abwher solcher Gefahren (vgl. http://www.politik.uni-trier.de/mitarbeiter/maull/ss04/haupt... ).
Qualitylanguage hat aber Recht, dass es hier zu Werbezwecken verwendet wird. Von daher kann man m.E. schon relativ kreativ werden.
