While the other cannons fired I was thinking about what could have gone wrong. I had checked the ***breach*** like we always did before the ceremony. The firing pin wasn´t broken, everything was lubed, everything worked perfectly. I was the one who messed up. I didn´t pull the lanyard hard enough.
