Im Rahmen einer Vertriebsvereinbarung werden die Pflichten des Lieferanten geregelt.

Laut Google ist "sampling clearance" ein feststehender Begriff in der Musikszene (um diese geht es hier). Der Begriff wird auch auf deutschen websites nicht übersetzt. Kann / sollte ich ihn stehen lassen oder gibt es einen eingeführten deutschen Begriff?

Explanation:
Ich würde es stehenlassen. Auf allen deutschen Websites die zu dem Stichwort unter Google erscheinen, bleibt es. Das "Deutscheste", was ich finden konnte, war Freigabe von Textbausteinen. Und das klingt dann doch sehr gewollt.
