"Attack" ist der Beginn eines Tons. Wird ggf. auch im Deutschen verstanden, es gibt also je nach Zielgruppe veschiedene Möglichkeiten:

eher für Laien und Amateure: "[weich, sanft, langsam] einsetzende Töne"
