English to German translations [PRO] Tech/Engineering - Music / DJ Equipment
English term or phrase:house amp
Connection diagram of a mixer - I know what the Booth is, it's the place where the DJ does his job, what's the German expression for it?
And this links into my other question - I'm not allowed to put the term here since "efreitag" believes this is not in line with the ProZ regulations - but I really need the two terms explained to me in context.
If this question is going to be removed as well because of this comment, I will complain to a moderator! I was merely thinking practical here, hence I put both terms as I need them in relation to each other, not separately!
Booth amp = Booth-Verstärker, House Amp = Master-Verstärker, these terms were used in another translation for the same client I managed to get hold of. I wouldn't bank on them to be 100% correct, but they were accepted by the client at the time.
