(Originaltext): "Do you feel enjoyment from playing and ***long term practising (flow enlightenment)*** and what possible theurapeutic effects does it have on your physical and mental well being f.e.g. physiology or psyche?"
Der Satz macht mir gleich in mehrfacher Weise zu schaffen: Zum einen ist nicht ganz eindeutig, ob "long term practising" auf das Spielen ueber Jahre hinweg abzielt, oder auf laengeres Spielen an einem Stueck. Ich tippe auf Letzteres und moeglicherweise beschreibt der Begriff "flow enlightenment" eine Art der Erleuchtung in Sinne von "High" sein. Ist der Ausdruck schon jemandem von Euch vorgekommen? |

"Flow" bzw. Flow-Erlebnis ist ein geläufiger Begriff in der Psychologie. Es geht nicht um High-Sein, aber schon um eine Art Glücksgefühl, das einem durch eine stetige Tätigkeit vermittelt wird.
Der Wikipedia-Artikel ist nicht so toll, aber geht in die richtige Richtung.

btw: Die Verknüpfung von "long term" mit "flow" deutet dann natürlich eindeutig darauf hin, dass "Spielen am Stück" und nicht die langfristige Perspektive gemeint ist. |
