schnell zubereitetes Brot Explanation: Habe meine erste Antwort (hefefreies Brot) wieder zurückgenommen, da ich Quellen gefunden habe, wo das "quick bread" doch Hefe enthält. Ich denke, es geht dabei einfach um die kürzere Zubereitungszeit, entweder weil eben keine Hefe drin ist, die aufgehen muss, oder weil nur wenige Zutaten zu mischen sind. Es gibt auch ein paar Google-Hits für "schnelles Brot", das halte ich aber doch für eher zweifelhaft. |
