Anyway, I believe - from a legal point of view - you should/must distinguish between the two ways of spelling:
Fischprotein-Pulver - if this supplement is purely made of fish protein (plus whatever carrier, maybe, but not other proteins)
or
Fisch-Protein-Pulver - in case it contains fish protein among other proteins (and you'd just want to emphazise the fish content)
Not a 100% sure about that, but I've done some work on e.g. organic standards and production, and there one always had to distinguish between the various types of spelling depending on the percentages of the ingredients...
