Hauptinhaltsstoff


Explanation:
..oder "Makronähstoff", letzteren Begriff aber unbedingt in Anführungsstrichen, denn es ist ja eigentlich gerade kein "Nähstoff" - es ergibt sich also hierbei ein Wortspiel. Lieber aber Hauptinhaltsstoff verwenden, da ist man auf der sichereren Seite.

natürlich meine ich "Nährstoff", Entschuldigung für den Tippfehler- mit 'nähen' hat es ja nun überhaupt nichts zu tun :-)
