English term or phrase: buckle joint concept
XXX - applied the "buckle joint concept" with new innovation of securing the temple to the frame front for eyewear. The tip of the frame front is shaped like a ‘fork’ which is secured to the temple by sliding it through the groove of the temple and firmly securing the frame front to the temple. This application makes the holding of the lens much more secured than the conventional method. No soldering is done, no screws are required and no tools are needed to dismantle or dissemble it.

Es handelt sich wohl um eine Art "Stecksystem", aber gibt es für buckle joint concept einen Fachausdruck?

TIA
