Ich liebe Dich / Ich hab' Dich lieb
"Ich liebe Dich" is much stronger than "Ich habe Dich lieb". Typically you would say "Ich liebe Dich" to your spouse, but would use "Ich habe Dich lieb" for parents, siblings or even a very good friend.
