English to German translations [PRO]
/ psych./ business
English term or phrase: PSRs / DMs
I have two pages which are part of a presentation. Obviously it has something to do with motivating employees. The two abbreviations are part of the headings and are not repeated anywhere else:

"Behaviours - 1. Behavioral Dimensions for PSRs",

the second page is headead:

"Behaviours - 2. Behavioral Dimensions for DMs"

The test gives (rather psychological) definitions of things like flexibility, initiative, achievement orientation, impact and influence, etc.

Thank you for your help!

agree  Christine Healy-Rendel: Es ist schwierig, ohne mehr Kontext zu haben. "DM" z. B. stand in meiner frueheren Firma fuer "Distrikt-Manager". PSR habe ich noch nie gehoert.
