Explanation:
I did not get any hits on "Selbstverwaltungscode" which does sound a bit out-of-place for your context. The German television and film industry uses the term "freiwillige Selbstkontrolle (FSK)". The term is now being applied to other areas as well, and it seems to me would fit perfectly into your context.
