|English term or phrase: fantail shrimp|
|Is there any biologist or gourmet??|
fantail shrimp is also called butterfly shrimp
It's a dish, not a shrimp, consisting of normal shrimps, cut and flattened to form a butterfly.

Actually, "Krabben" are the tiny and very tasty shrimps caught in the North Sea ( and the Baltic), while all other ( larger)shrimp are referred to as "Garnelen" . The dish suggested should be "Schmetterlingsgarnelen", see:
Schmetterlingsgarnelen mit verschiedenen Saucen und Zwiebelbeignets

( The Nordseekrabben would be much too small to have their tails flattened: I know, because they used to be my favorite food when I lived there)
