English term or phrase: call to action
I have several tables with different topics (about a company offering outsourcing services). They all look the same:

Title: (ex: E-Business)/
Short title:/
Topic overview and challenges: (topic)/
Choosing X (=name of company) and its value proposition: (what does X offer its clients etc.)/
Benefits and call to action: (How does X work? Expertise, track record etc.)

I don't know what "call to action" is supposed to mean in this context? It's the title of the paragraph about the company's expertise und about the benefits it offers to its clients...

German translation:looks like I don't envy you for this job
Explanation:
As this table in total seems difficult to understand to me (always difficult if people try to make tables out of overlapping arguments). Anyway, if you don't get better suggestions, I would, in this case, translate with "Aufforderung in Aktion zu treten" rather than the more usual "Aufforderung zu handeln". But again, I'm not certain whether I have got the gists of this table.
Greetings,

Nikolaus

agree  utebartz: I think you are right, when reading the query I immediately think of AIDA= Attention, Interest, Desire, Action. Might be that this is the underlying masterplan to the table.
