you jump, projecting your legs forward and upward towards the neck of the other wrestler. then your body rotates in the air, and that will make the other wrestler fall

just guessing, based on the explanation given by <golub>. It sounds good too, but I am not sure whether this is indeed the technical term. I do Judo - no wrestling.
