Überbabe Explanation: Contrary to its appearance, this word is actually only used in English and not in German - all the suggestions made were in English and as you wanted a German translation, I would suggest "Heißer Feger" - I've seen the word used in a lot of women's magazines and it's really just a neologism - a trend word.
