AMuller\'s spelling and additional suggestion is right (of course) - I didn\'t notice that I answered in English (I suppose I was just doing a bilingual mental search for synonyms).

It should be \"Strampler\" (no \'s\') or \"Strampelanzug\"... ;-)

agree  Armorel Young: one-piece suit for babies, can be worn by itself (not necessarily an undergarment) - more usually babygro; lots of Google refs. to that
