Bei der in der Figur gezeigten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist ein Probengefäß 12, vorzugsweise aus Glas vorgesehen, welches am Boden 14 einen Zulauf 6 und einen Ablauf 8 aufweist, die exzentrisch angebracht sind. Durch ein Ventil 3 wird der Zulauf 6 und durch ein Ventil 1 der Ablauf 8 abgesperrt, wobei für beide Ventile 1 und 3 die bevorzugte Bauform ein Schlauchquetschventil ist. Es können natürlich auch Magnet- oder Rückschlagventile verwendet werden. Eine weitere Möglichkeit ist die Verwendung einer Zuführung 6 oder 8 in Kombination mit einem 3-Wegeventil.
