In order to confirm XXX's drilling program, management has met with leading experts who are compiling environmental impact assessments (EIA) for the Company. EIA's are required by the Thai government prior to the commencement of all drilling programs and/or new seismic acquisition on petroleum concessions. The precise content of the EIA will be determined with the results of the seismic reinterpretation, which is currently being generated by John BBB of YYY.

Mr. BBB's report should identify clear drilling targets early on and an EIA would be filed specifically with a well planned and aggressive Drilling Program in mind. If necessary, ***additional seismic will be acquired*** to better define the most prospective target areas and a second EIA would be filed.
