...das Produktionsangebot hat sich durch die Übernahme im Verhältnis zugunsten / zuungunsten Öl bzw. Gas verschoben, wurde also neu ausgerichtet. So würde ich das übersetzen. Produktportfolio würde ich eher bei Fertigprodukten verwenden.
