würde ich so lassen. Der Spektralbereich wird als 'dunkelrot' bezeichnet, ich habe aber noch nie etwas von einem Dunkelrot-Film (im Gegensatz zum Infrarot-Film) gehört

Könnte es Ultrarot sein?
"Infrarote Strahlung, im Bereich elektromagnetischer Wellen zwischen etwa 0,8 bis 1000 Mikrometer, wird als Wärmestrahlung empfunden. Ultrarot-Beobachtungsgeräte (Infrarotgerät) ermöglichen das Sehen bei Dunkelheit oder Nebel. Gegenstände werden dazu mit Ultrarot angestrahlt oder durch ihre eigene Wärmestrahlung beobachtet. Die Ultrarot-Fotografie verwendet spezielle Fotoschichten, die Aufnahmen im Dunkeln, Dunst oder Nebel ermöglichen."
