These tent cards, created by X, feature two parallel folds and adhesive to create a prism shape. The cards, printed on both sides, can be reversed to indicate a member of staff is either ‘in’ or ‘out’.

Explanation:
Seems to be the most widely used term for this type of sign, although the German term is obviously broader (allowing for different shapes of signs).

I'm wondering if the source text should actually read "three parallel folds" (as I can't imagine achieving a "prism shape" with only two...).
