Tech/Engineering - Photography/Imaging (& Graphic Arts) / Stromversorgung | | English term or phrase: power supply and heads | Es geht immer noch um Fotoaufnahmen von Traktoren. Die Fotoausrüstung dazu besteht aus "a set of Speedotron 4803 power supplies and heads". Im Internet finde ich keine deutsche Übersetzung für "power supply" in diesem Sinn. Auch die proz.com Glossarliste scheint hier keinen zufriedenstellenden Treffer zu bieten. Ich lese immer nur "Speedotron 4803 power pack" in Internet. Aber das kann und will ich nicht so übernehmen. Ist das ein Akku? Was genau ist die Aufgabe dieser "Box"? Und was bedeuten die "heads" daran?
