Tech/Engineering - Physics / parylene coating of a TFT | | English term or phrase: haziness | PROCEDURE
NOTE: All processing shall take place in a Class 100 Cleanroom.
CAUTION! Strict adherence to ESD procedures throughout this process is absolutely critical.
After coating is complete and the panel is removed from the Parylene coating fixture:
Visually inspect the front side of the panel for any defects, such as: particles, clusters, scratches, fibers, Parylene bubbles and pinholes, ***haziness***, or any other abnormalities.
Ich hab's mit ***Trübungen*** uebersetzt, bin mir aber nicht sicher. Wer kann mir dabei helfen?
