Es handelt sich hier wahrscheinlich um eine Fresnel-Linse, aber genauer weiß ich es nicht.

Rotlicht ist die durch Vorschaltung eines Rotfilters aus Glühlampenlicht herausgefilterte langwellige Strahlung mit hohem Infrarotanteil und wird zur Behandlung z.B. von Nervenschmerzen eingesetzt - nicht bei einem Leuchtturm. Es handelt sich um eine rot eingefärbte Linse.
