English term or phrase: n-harmonic term
The spectrum of each of the line gratings ... consists of an infinite impulse-comb, in which the amplitude of the n-th impulse is given by the coefficient of the n-harmonic term in the Fourier series development of that line grating." Ist das der n-harmonische Term der Fourierreihenentwicklung?

n-ter harmonischer Term
Explanation:
"...the coefficient of the n-harmonic term in the Fourier series development...":

n. Oberwelle

Explanation:
I am not sure of the "n." but it is Oberwelle for sure.

the article of the link shows the erste and zweite Oberwellen for a squarewave, but then they go into

f{sub}n and give a formula.
