English term or phrase: Microsoft software experience survey
I am translating a survey on a software experience. What things should I be aware of when translating a survey into German. One question I have is when translating the basic questions "Name" "Location" "Alias" etc, do I use the definite article with these words, or any altered form of the word, or simply "Name" "Stelle" "Alias"?
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated!
