  -> I stand corrected. "Veröffentlichung auf elektronischen Medien" ist aber m. E. trotzdem eine geläufige Formulierung.
neutral  BrigitteHilgner: Aus Neugier bei google nachgesehen - 60 Treffer. Wobei ich, anders als manche Websites, CD-ROMs nicht dazu zählen würde. Die sind, meiner Meinung nach, ein physisches Medium. Ich frage mich, was Veleria Positives zur Beantwortung der Frage beitragen kann.

Eine Veröffentlichung impliziert immer ein Speichermedium (i.d.R. ein Printmedium oder einen elektronischen Datenträger), d.h. ein physisches Objekt.

  -> Stimmt. Gemeint sind wohl nur Offline-Publikationen auf elektronischen Datenträgern, nicht aber Veröffentlichungen, die über Computer-Netzwerke verbreitet werden (Online-Publikationen ).
agree  Werner Walther: Rechtlich ist ein Bereitstellung im Internet ebenfalls eine Veröffentlichung. M.E. soll genau die ausgeschlossen werden, und die V. an 'physische' Medien gebunden werden (Print + Datenträger)
