Ich bin fast sicher, dass es sich um einen Druckfehler handelt, denn ich habe wirklich noch nie etwas von "tin wisdom" gehört. Nichtsdestotrotz, um ganz sicher zugehen, werfe ich es mal in die Runde...

Never come across "tin wisdom" in my travels. It could be "true wisdom" ?

The other possibility is "thin" but it would have to be worded differently

i.e. thin ON wisdom

and somehow I don't think this would make sense here in any case.
