Dies ist aus dem Link. Es wird beschrieben, dass mit Property Inflation steigende Grundstueckspreise gemeint sind. Der Artikel ist etwas aelter und beschreibt die Situation in Grossbritannien vor ca. zwei Jahren, deswegen mein Nachhaken (in UK fallen die Preise im Moment wieder) aber bezueglich Lettland macht das natuerlich Sinn.

Ich glaube nicht, dass in diesem Zusammenhang Vermoegen gemeint ist. Das Grundstueck wird angepriesen mit dem Vorzug, dass die Preise im Moment steigen, man also einen Gewinn machen wuerde, wenn man es jetzt kauft.
Stimme mit Ivo ueberein, gemeint sind die Preise fuer Immobilien. Es scheint aber so etwas wie Werbung fuer den Kauf der Immobilie zu sein, ich finde, meine Loesung klingt etwas positiver. |
