THEREFORE, in order to implement their common goals, the Parties decided to create a jointly owned *facility and real estate management service company* to (i) provide facility and real estate services to x, ii) take over y’s existing non-x customers, iii) develop further customers and business to become the market leader in facility and real estate management services and iv) maintain profitability at all times. This Agreement shall specify the terms and conditions upon which they shall co-operate as shareholders in z.
Ich finde auch in deutschen Texten meist die englische Version "facility and real estate management". Gibt es nicht auch einen deutschen Begriff (waere Anlagen und Immobilienmanagement correkt)? Ich suche auch nach einem Ausdruck, der in Verbingung mit "company" nicht so holprig klingt. |
