English to German translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Real Estate / time-share club | | English term or phrase: Deed of Adaptation | This is from the minutes of an AGM of timeshare owners in a club in Spain -- participants' questions on the accounts:
Mr. B. stated that taking into account the large costs involved with the **Deed of Adaptation** asked why XYZ(Development company) had not paid for this.
The Chairman replied that XYU were the owning company (Founder Member B) who act as the Club’s Trustees however it was a change required by the new timeshare law adapted in 1999-2000 and the members had to pay it.
I'm guessing that this is a Spanish law and that it has to do with the change of use of the site, i.e. that the owners need to pay for some sort of licence -- but what to call it in German?
Many thanks for any suggestions. |
