Es geht um einen Kaufvertrag für eine Immobilie in Florida.
Einer der Unterpunkte des Vertrags heißt "As is with right to inspect: Seller makes no warranties other than marketability of title...." Gibt es für dieses "as is..." einen adäquaten Begriff im Deutschen?
