English to German translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Real Estate | | English term or phrase: cold multiplier | Following is the context, which is from a valuation report on some German real estate:
This equates to a 'cold multiplier' - the basis of valuation commonly used in the German investment market. It is calculated as follows: market value ./. current contracted income.
I have looked just about everywhere for this 'cold multiplier' and cannot find anything it could possibly relate to. Can anyone help?
