In dem vorliegenden Text geht es darum, welche Steuern anfallen, wenn ein ausländisches Unternehmen eine deutsche Immobilie kauft/verkauft. Inzwischen ist von Pacht/Verpachtung die Rede:

An option is not possible *to the extent* of leasing residential premises or if the transfer is to be regarded as a business as a whole.

Mir ist der Satz nicht ganz klar, deshalb frage ich lieber nach.
