"If your installation uses scripts for special functions like creating a *gross potential rent* batch journal entry, type the complete path to the local folder that contains the scripts."
Gibt es im Deutschen einen Fachbegriff dafür? Ich hänge vor allem bei "potential" fest, denn ich kann in Google weder "mögliche Bruttomiete" noch "potentielle Bruttomiete", noch irgendwas mit "Potenzialmiete" finden.
