Gibt es im Deutschen einen Fachbegriff dafür? Ich hänge vor allem bei "potential" fest, denn ich kann in Google weder "mögliche Bruttomiete" noch "potentielle Bruttomiete", noch irgendwas mit "Potenzialmiete" finden.
