Es handelt sich um eine Firmenrichtlinie für Übersiedlungskosten. In diesem Teil geht es um Kosten, die nicht rückerstattet werden. Für *permanent and semi-permanent fixtures* fällt mir kein passender deutscher Ausdruck ein, wahrscheinlich sitze ich wieder einmal auf der Leitung.

Susanne: der Begriff "Übersiedlungskosten" gefällt mir nicht besonders, klingt mir zu sehr nach "Umsiedlung". Ich hielte "Umzugskosten" für besser.
