Plat wird mit Liegenschaftskarte, Flurkarte oder Katasterkarte uebersetzt. Siehe deutsche Uebersetzung vom Wiki. Bei den Gebuehren bin ich nicht sicher, aber Gebhr fuer den Auszug scheint mir wahrscheinlich.
