Mehr Kontext wäre hier hilfreich, insbesondere im Hinblick darauf, ob es hier tatsächlich um eine staatliche Förderung irgendeiner Art geht.

Evtl. je nach weiterem Zusammenhang auch nur "subventionierter Grundbesitz", wie von Katja vorgeschlagen. Möglicherweise wäre für die Übersetzung aber auch eine Schrägstrich-Lösung à la "subventionierte/r Grundbesitz/Immobilie" passend. |
