Es geht um Finanzen, Firmenentwicklung, Investitionen und weshalb dieses Unternehmen einen Haufen anderer Firmen aufgekauft hat.
Unter anderem wird auch der Aspekt der zusätzlichen Einnahmen beglückwortet, wenn eine neu gekaufte Firma über Grundbesitz verfügt, der nicht gebraucht wird und daher gewinnbringend veräußert werden kann.

Ich wünschte, ich könnte Punkte aufteilen, da Harald völlig richtig festgestellt hat, dass das Unternehmen möglichst wenig mit Immobilien zu tun haben will.
