English term or phrase: lease rental for purchase
"We came across a unit Windsor Place, Manor Royal, which was up for Lease rental for purchase and the purchase price was £630,000."

I don't quite understand this sentence. Should there be a comma after lease and another one after purchase? Or should there be an "or" after rental??? Any more ideas how to make sense of this? Thanks
aykon

Mietkauf
Explanation:
This means you pay the leasing rate and this will be deducted from the house price so that at the end of the lease you are given the option to buy the property for the remaining unpaid value. It differs from an operating lease because in that case the property would remain in the hands of the leaser.

Add: Lease rental for purchase is a term and should not be split by commas
