Bus/Financial - Real Estate | | English term or phrase: appraised leverage | Ich übersetze das Memo eines Immobilienbrokers, in dem die Situation diverser Liegenschaften erörtert wird. Es geht um größere Objekte (malls, warehouses).
Mir ist nicht klar, was ich genau unter dem “a 65% of appraised leverage” verstehen soll. Ist wahrscheinlich supereinfach für die Finanzexperten, aber trotzdem bitte nicht hauen!!!
