Danke an alle! Die Nachfrage beim Kunden hat ergeben, dass es sich (hier) tatsächlich um Räumlichkeiten innerhalb eines gemieteten Gebäudes handelt. Allerdings keine Wohnräume, sondern Gewerberäume.

disagree  Kim Metzger: I think "sublessor" would point to rooms rather than a house/building. The person is subletting premises in a building.

Das müssen Inlieger-Wohnräume sein, und zwar mehrere, also Wohnräume in einem Gebäude/Haus und keinesfalls das gesamte Gebäude/Haus.

Asker: Danke schon mal an alle für das Feedback. Ich denke auch, dass es sich um Räumlichkeiten innerhalb des Gebäudes handelt. An einer späteren Stelle heißt es: "The sublessee agrees to receive all licenses...necessary for carrying on its business in the part of the premise." Also "inliegende Geschäftsräume"?

agree  Barbara Kunkel: Tendiere aber zu "Wohnraum" (Einzahl). Größere Immobilien sind oft in Wohnbereiche und gewerbliche Bereiche unterteilt.
