Explanation:
was "headrent" genau soll ist mir schleierhaft. Entweder heisst es "rent" (Miete) ider "key money" (Kaution). Hier kann ich mir höchstens "head" im Sinne von "advance" vorstellen und deshalb mein Vorschlag.
