Explanation:
I'm not one to go up against Hans too often, but doesn't a "charge against title" also include Dienstbarkeiten, Fruchtgenuß und andere nichtdingliche Belastungen?

neutral  Hans G. Liepert: Ich glaube nicht, dass im Insolvenzfall allzuoft Dienstbarkeiten (Wegerechte, Stromleitungsrechte) veräussert wurden - vermutlich nie. In einem Fall einer Insolvenz einer Weberei am Bodensee konnte ich nicht einmal die Obstbrennrechte separieren - Mist!
