Es geht um den Bau eines Hotels. Ich verstehe den Satz so, dass die Frage einen geographischen Hintergrund hat:

"The Heads of Terms [...] confirm the intentions of the parties hereto to enter into a lease agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Lease”) in respect of the commercial premises in Hotel xxx, a three-star, 93-room hotel to be developed *on F1 land No.* xxx/x, cadastre territory of [Stadt], Germany with the terms and subject to the conditions outlined below."

Das Hotel soll also erst noch gebaut werden. Bei cadastre territory fällt mir zunächst die Katasterfläche ein. Unter den Umständen dürfte "F1 land" einer Klassifizierung oder ähnlichem entsprechen. Ich habe den Ausgangstext an der Stelle vergrößert und festgestellt, dass die Zahl eins und nicht der Buchstabe l gemeint ist, wobei ich eine Verwechslung nicht ausschließen würde.

Kann sich jemand etwas darunter vorstellen?

agree  Goldcoaster: wenn schon, in der Zone F1 "gelegenes" Grundstück

  -> Danke, aber der Begriff 'klassifiziert' (im Deutschen sogar gelegentlich "gezontes Grundstück") stimmt hier schon, noch dazu handelt es sich ein bestimmtes Grundstück, während die F1-Zone selbst nicht definiert ist.
