English to German translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Real Estate | | English term or phrase: mechanical documentation | Es geht um den Bau eines Hotels. In dem Dokument werden bereits Vereinbarungen hinsichtlich späterer möglicher Umbauarbeiten getroffen:
"TENANT’S FIT-OUT WORKS:
Tenant may only start to execute any fit-out works within or in relation to the Premises on the basis of a detailed architectural and *mechanical documentation* approved by the Landlord."
Mein erster Gedanke war, dass das in Richtung Versorgungstechnik/Gebäudetechnik gehen könnte, wobei ich das "architectural" zuvor als Hinweis auf Bauaufnahmen verstehe.
"Mechanical plans" als ähnlicher Terminus kommt hier noch einmal vor:
"Landlord duly approved the architectural and the mechanical plans relating to the Tenant fit out works, and the same was also granted by the competent building and other authorities. " |
