English to German translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Real Estate / trust agreement | | English term or phrase: release/dedicate real estate | Es handelt sich um einen Treuhandvertrag, bei dem besondere Vollmachten für den Trustee beschrieben sind. Darunter ist folgender Satz:
"In the administration of the trust, the Trustee ... shall have the following powers:
...
To operate, maintain, repair, rehabilitate, alter, improve or remove any improvements on real estate. The Trustee may make leases and subleases for terms of any length, even though the terms may extend beyond the termination of the trust; the Trustee may subdivide real estate, grant easements, and release or dedicate any interest in real estate."
Im allerletzten Satzteil kommen die fraglichen Begriffe vor: "release or dedicate any interest in real estate" - geht es hier um die Freigabe(?) bzw. Umwidmung des Teils eines Grundstücks? Oder ist hier etwas ganz anderes gemeint?
Wäre super, wenn mir hier jemand helfen könnte.
